The View from Here is a unique book by one of Maine’s favorite poet-arts administrators, Stuart Kestenbaum, Former director of the Haystack Mountain School of Crafts and current director of Monsen Arts Gallery. Collected here for the first time are more than three dozen observations made over the years in the Haystack newsletter, Gateway. Also included are the texts from three keynote speeches Mr. Kestenbaum has presented.
